Update (May '12) :
Through the past 4 years, I have graduated college with a major in Elementary Education, married Taylor Alloway, my high school sweetheart, in July 2010, and am now living in Galveston, Texas, where my husband is in his second year of medical school, and I am teaching 2nd and 3rd grade at a private school called Satori Elementary. We have recently found out that we are moving back to Austin, Texas, where my husband will finish up his medical school, and where I will continue to work, and hopefully start a family.

Memories of OSU Gymnastics:

Memories that I have of OSU are how great the coaches were, one coach that made a huge impact on my life was Dick Foxal. He was so devoted, and made me a great bar worker throughout my career. The team also had great impact on my life, had great energy, and truly cared about the sport and everybody involved. Being an OSU gymnast really helped me grow up fast, considering I was 2,000 miles away from home, and helped me find myself, and what my purpose was in the world. I also remember Chrissy Lamun and Jennie Thompson being such an inspiration to me in my life. They were always so encouraging and pushed me further as an individual and an athlete. The girls on the team were so full of life, and you could really tell that they all loved the sport of gymnastics, just by the way they encouraged each other, each and every day in the gym. It was hard work to be an OSU gymnast, but the experience of being on the team helped shape who I am today.
